Yoga

Yoga is about connecting body and mind, raising awareness, and recognizing your inner strength and beauty.  Who wouldn't benefit from this practice?

Many research studies have been conducted linking regular yoga practice to improved school performance. My personal practice provides clarity of mind, improved mood, and a fit body.  I have witnessed first hand the benefits of yoga for my students as well as my own children.

Class size is limited to assure individual attention and foster a connected, community environment.  Class length varies by age group.

Now Enrolling for Winter I Session 2014.  The session is six weeks in length running from January 6th-February 14th. 
Tuition: $60 (1 class per week) or $50 (2 classes per week)

Super Hero Yoga:
Super Heroes, Assemble!  This upbeat, hero-inspiring class provides the training your young marvel needs to protect the universe: body control, breath awareness, flexibility, balance, self confidence and mindfulness. 
Please bring a reusable water bottle and wear comfortable clothing, costumes optional :)  Shoes AND socks should be left in cubbies.
Child yoga mats provided.
